Mind Oasis

With effect from spring 2010, this has become a service user led day centre. Mind Oasis is a friendly, safe place where people with mental health problems can find support and friendship. Our trained Peer Support Volunteers will ensure that everyone can spend time to meet with others on their journey to recovery.

We offer value for money meals 4 days a week. You can purchase tea, coffee, chocolate from our snack bar.

Oasis is open to anyone with a mental health problem who wants to attend. You do not need to be referred by a doctor or a social worker, although referrals from other agencies are welcome. The people who attend Oasis have chosen to be known as members.

The Oasis Centre is open at the following times:

Monday 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Tuesday 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Wednesday 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Friday 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
