Plymouth Mind Oasis is a friendly, safe place where people with mental health problems can find support both in crisis and with problems of day to day living, and information about mental health issues. We also offer a space where people can spend time and meet others on their journey to recovery.

Currently we offer art, music, creative writing and table tennis groups, and support groups for people with manic depression, people with obsessive compulsive disorders, and people who hear voices. An "Exploring Your Anger Group" runs twice a year for people whose anger causes them problems.

We offer a cheap meal each day, and tea and coffee are always available.
The Oasis is open to anyone who feels that they have a mental health problem who wants to attend. You do not need to be referred by a doctor or social worker, although we welcome referrals from other agencies. The people who attend Oasis have chosen to be known as members.

Mind Oasis is funded by Plymouth City Council.

The Oasis is open at the following times:

Monday 10am to 4pm
Wednesday 10am to 4pm
Friday 10am to 4
