We can provide cost effective Mental Health awareness training for a wide range of groups.Our most popular course is Working with Clients with Mental Health Conditions. This is an introductory course that covers all of the basic issues that would help advisors or front line workers develop the confidence to work effectively with service users or customers who are mentally ill. This course is normally a one day course. It can be delivered in a half day format if required.

Mental health training for the commercial sector
Mental ill health costs business and commerce around £9 billion each year. The Guardian (12th November 2008) reported that 4.8% of customer service staff had taken at least a day off in the previous week. The national average is 2.5%.
